Rama Vegasena was a very good friend to all. She was always there to help her friends in time of need. I only knew her for about 14 years, but I don’t regret it. Those 14 years were very lovely and bright. When we moved to California, she was always ready to lend a hand. She was like my second mom. She gave me advice, and help with anything else I could possibly need help with. Since I knew her from my infancy, I got accustomed to calling her “pinni.” Our families were very close as well since my mom and pinni were friends from college. Unfortunately, she is not among us today. Even though we miss her presence, she will always dwell and remain in our hearts and memories. One thing I will always miss her say, but never forget, is how she used to say my name, “Akhibujji.” We love you pinni!
